Holiday Routine.

Rickshaw; more than transporting human beings.
It is the 3rd week of June holiday, only one more week to go before school reopens.. My holiday spent had been much of an in-and-out house routine, with the exception of plainly completing homework when longer time is spent at home. Well its not that boring after all, given the two camps I'd went to and other going-outs with friends. Making new friends, engaging in some novel activities and staying till even later are some of the many new get-ons I've had during this holiday. Perhaps this holiday is unlike the usual holiday, for special reasons not to mention.
Feeling euphoric after getting the Samsung Camera during the IT Fare^^ My first time exposed to such an extreme eagerness of Singaporeans of wanting good deals. Although I'd seen it often in public places, just imagine you aired your arms high up to snatch the yellow paper written "SPECIAL PRICE"! And I was one of lucky few to get my Camera at a good deal too :) Though not green in colour, like much I'd wanted it to be, it still is a good camera to be satisfied with. Black in colour with 2LCD screens on both sides, what's more to be unhappy about?
By the way, the picture of Rickshaw on top was taken using the new camera. It was just a spontaneous reaction, the moment I saw Rickshaw coming by in the vicinity of City Hall, I immediately took a snap of it. Hmm, must be feeling hometown sick quite badly haha. Its an uncommon site in a developed country like this anyway.
Yesterday was the first day I stayed at home for the whole day actually. It felt great to be at home; with the leisure of waking up much later and looked after my younger cousin. Quite a long time since I last did house chores together with him, although he wasn't much of a help-,- I wish I could have more days to be spent at home like this, when I either spent the day messing the house or cleaning it haha. Those were primary school days, sweet memories. Or at least, more time spent in the kitchen to rustle something up for my cousins. Not even a Sushi for this holiday, what's more Apple Crumble I'd dyingly wanted to make ever since I returned from OBS. Now the holiday is coming to an end, such hopes could just disappear anytime from my holiday tick-list. No more.
Besides wanting to have more time spent at home badly, there're still some things I'm grateful for :)
Outing cum Birthday celebrations were done today in Wild Wild Wet. Camwhoring and unglamness could never be separated from the 4 of us. What a wonderful though exhausting day. Should be feeling lucky for not having severe suntanned, but I wanted more sun burnt, so long not as bad as Jovita's now haha. Served her right for being a big bully just now. I just realised something to be improved on in WWW: They should notify us that cotton material doesn't allow you to slide down the damn slide. More specifically, the Waterworks. Clad in a short made of cotton, I had to struggle my way down the darkest 'tunnel' I'd ever encountered, paddling with both hands in order to move myself down. What a scary and pathetic experience. So, beware of that. The feeling of not knowing when will the light in the 'tunnel' appear really scares you off. Spent a great time with Elaine and Sandy, knowing how much they dread deep water and waves to the core. Hilarious expressions^^Not forgetting for being so unlucky to have multiple problems with our shared lockers haha. Let me just end this post with a few photos :)
