So there goes the X Country! Although i didn't make it through the target, which was Top50, i'm satisfied enough :D I regretted eating wholemeal bread with egg instead of some simple carbohydrates food like Chocolates. Perhaps i could have more energy boost and ran faster, but its okay, whats done cant be undone. Thanks so much Huier for running together with me from the starting till the finishing line, she even supported me to apply the "Resilience" attitude during the run! I couldn't talk much when we were running cos i was somehow out of breath lol. I must admit that the Sec1 girls have passion in running and i feel happy for them, continue to run hard Juniors. Haha Lol. Let me type more about what had happened in the bus 852 to the MacRitchie and from the MacRitchie as well :D

Afiqah and I reached Bukit Batok interchage at around 5.45am and waited a while for the bus 852. It turned out more to be a school bus than a public bus, basically cos Swiss Cottage students fill the whole bus Lol. We were lucky to get into the first 852 operated at 5.50am, if not then i guess we would have to wait longer and the bus would be more packed as well. Keith was waiting for the rest so Afiqah and I boarded the bus first. Offered my seat to an old lady along the way haha i did a good deed Lol. The whole journey only took around 40min actually, and we reached MacRitchie at around 6.30am. The whole bus was like empty when all the Swiss Students alighted. We were practically following the people in front blindly, haha!

We assembled and were asked to sit down on the grass, Afiqah took out her newspaper and laid out for some of us to sit. Reminded me like some kind of picnic haha! Then, Catherine, Simin, Amelia and I went to the toilet. Since there was only 1 toilet, so we had to go quite a distance, the toilet was really unhygienic. Couldn't hold on to my bladder any longer, i had to pee despite the disgusting smell of the toilet :/ Thats one of the consequence in a natural habitat..The prefects had to assemble to do a cheer. Edwin's group, including me, was in charge of Sec1s. Some sec1s are hard to control Lol, but somehow or rather, they are still okay. The cheer was really ... cold... Lol!! After which, they called upon the C division girls to gather at the starting line, haha i was reminded of last year's X country, being a sec1, and didnt know the exact thing that was happening Lol! Off the "alarm" signing the start of the race.. We had to win Ms Tan in order to contribute $5 to the charity so whenever Huier and I was headed by Ms Tan, we would chase her back! Haha. It was really a long distance... But towards the ending, i saw the Finishing banner and chiong towards it!:D came in the 71th position, at least i improved :)
