Octavilia.
That explains why she is an October 9 baby. Lia for short. Limegreen never fails to make her day brighter, as bright as classic colours do. Choirs have painted her life more vibrantly. Not a person based on the first impression haha! Nothing much. She's just another secondary school kid. Facebook. Enjoy your stay here :)

Homework done!:D
Mar 20, 2009 @ 5:35:00 PM

Finally, my homework are done! Phew..all the time chiong-ing.. Finally. :D
I'm currently listening to Indonesian songs..its been really a long long time since i last listened to any of them, no wonder my Malay deproved so much D: Nvm, dont wanna talk about that. I miss those inspirations which i often get from Indo songs when writing Malay compo :O
Talking about songs.. Choir sang songs pretty well done today!:D I'm not joking.
Yesterday: Choir went to SYM with Westwood sec and Damai sec to rehearse together and learnt from each others' problems.. With only 36members (usually 52members, the 16 had valid reasons for not coming), I must admit we sang prettily for White Horse. It was like a drastic change from the time we sang during normal rehearsals. Yep, perhaps its true that we need audience to watch us in order to sing well. Dynamics, mouth shape, expressions.. all were there!(: However, our choice pieces were not so nicely sang as the other schools. Yeah..the Lafa-lafa and Xiao He Tang Shui. Especially Xiao He Tang Shui, we just gotten the new piece the last rehearsal before this so still cnt adapt to the changes made. Btw, i love the traditional Indo songs sang by Westwood.. really sounded traditional with the consonants man! How i wish our Choir is also made up of SATB(Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass) which means some boys in..then perhaps we can sing such a melodious piece! *really very nice*
Also, i like the Damai when they sang Ave Maria..kinda relaxing, and their dynamics were clearly shown. Well its okay, at least our White Horse was really miraculous haha! Hopefully that same bravo performance would also happen during SYF.. the White Horses only wor!

Today: Dr Hondorp came and accessed us on our singing. Haha some said he's handsome and cute Lol! But he's married mind you! You may wonder who is he? He is the Professor from USA specially come to Singapore to look at how 9schools sing before our SYF. When he first talked, i got kinda confused with his American accent..haha! And it was funny when he tried to pronounce some Chinese words of XiaoHeTangShui. Nonetheless, he was really a professional man! Really like taught by him just now. He even praised Mr Wilson for he's a marvellous conductor..of course uh!:D Choir, lets continue to work even harder, dont just in front of audience or important visitor then we sing so well.. we are only left with 1month 3days before SYF! Oh dear, time flies really fast.

Okay, i wanna upload songs into my hp alr! Btw, suggestions of songs are needed! Haha, so if you have nice songs, especially English songs, you are truly welcome to tag the title in my tagboard! Thankyou.
